    Salary could be better, but there are some perks such as two weeks paid vacation during the holidays!

    Excellent Benefits, Excellent Salary (Paid more for BA/BS with annual raises, Paid for carpooling, working out, discount gym membership to LA Fitness, and paid for joining Weight Watchers etc...}

    Cons

    Horrible HR department, No union for employees, Claim to be supportive of those with disabilities yet there is no actual support for those who are discriminated against for their disability. Difficult to fulfill some jobs/advance in a department if you are not a Doctor or Nurse.

    Advice to Management

    Offer a chance for employees to build a union. Offer fair advancement/ability to transfer departments for those who are not Doctors/Nurses.

    Pros

    I worked for this institution for 11 years. This graduate university has a range of colleges to work for, to include the College of Osteopathic Medicine, the College of Veterinary Medicine, the College of Nursing and more. My two-week temporary position turned into 11 years. I totally recommend this company. I only left because I relocated out of the state.
