The minor thing is dressing in business attire when you don’t see the clients.
- Current Employee★★★★★

- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★

Pros
Free. Lunch, still offers pension
Cons
People are flooding out due to lack of progress and staying in the dark ages. No WFH flexibility, overly professional dress code.
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
- Affordable Health insurance - Free daily in-office lunch (high school cafeteria quality, but there’s a good rotation on the menu) - Friendly coworkers (mostly) - Deep pockets to keep business alive (but not to compensate employees)
Cons
- Consistenly low pay across departments, uncompetitive pay within financial sector - Very little diversity. Most hires are white, preppy types. Some departments are entirely white. -No acknowledgement of Juneteenth, Pride Month, or any other widely accepted inclusive holidays. - CEO name-dropped Trump multiple times during his presidency, thanking him for deregulating the insurance industry. - Strict and lackluster PTO allotment and policies - Fiscally, socially, and philosophically conservative culture and goals - Business Professional attire required daily, although most home office roles never come face-to-face with customers. C-suite and upper management are proud of the traditional dress code as it influences the stuffy culture. - Proud of traditionalism, not interested in change - Inconsistent management, disconnect between lower and upper management - Poor morale amongst lower level / processing employees

Pros
Free lunch for employees Decent benefits Pension plan
Cons
Benefits for blended families is not great. Lots of turnover currently
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
The pension benefit is generous but only if you last more than 5 years.
Cons
The whole company is stuck in the past. The culture is still misogynistic with a "sir" mentality. The CEO is narcissistic, the leadership is anti-work/home balance, and heaven-forbid you get sick. There is a policy to stay home if you're sick, but if you're sick and have to use "unscheduled PTO", you get penalized for it. If you're looking for a company that makes you feel like you're on the set of Happy Days, then this is the place.
