I have been working at Western & Southern Life full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

You can have a career(34 years myself), great benefits that follow you into retirement, great income opportunity, great training program leaving nothing to chance, an awesome rewards package-attending Leaders Sales Meeting many times has been one of the highlights of my career

    Cons

it is a lot of work but rewarding and well worth the effort in the end.

    Advice to Management

continue to ask for the field's input on pilot programs and new endeavors

I have been working at Western & Southern Life full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great benefits ie: health. managers are nice, but pressured from upper mgt.

    Cons

Mandatory meetsings with no pay... Extreamly numbers orientated horrible leads, micro managed. You are only as good as your last 3 months. In 18 months I've seen 15 people leave. If you let them, you will have no personal life. Coporate support and marketing support lacks. Underwriting very slow. Average income well below 50k.

    Advice to Management

Coporate management needs to spend some time in the field to get a reality check. Toss Salesforce program out the window.
