    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Westfalia full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You can own your position, and make it as big as you like (within reason).

    Cons

It's a boy's club, but I haven't seen any disparate treatment of women, so it's not bad.

    Advice to Management

Communication is big. And LISTEN to employees.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It is a small company so everyone knows everyone.

    Cons

You have to be in the "inside" to be treated fairly.

    Advice to Management

Some of management does not understand our core business. They have ideas that make no sense when actually put to use.
