    Pros

None, management is under qualified, morale is always low. If you're knowledgeable in your field it doesn't mater your manager who cannot do your job at all has all the answers. I have no idea how their still in business with the business practices they have.

    Cons

Everything , management is under qualified, morale is always low. If you're knowledgeable in your field it doesn't mater your manager who cannot do your job at all has all the answers. I have no idea how their still in business with the business practices they have. The COO is an idiot, he has no respect for anyone and thinks he has all the right answers. I have no idea who put him in that position but it's amazing he can run the company.

    Advice to Management

All management should leave and before David Siegel leaves the company he needs to put capable people in his key positions and morale would be a lot better. I would rather run through a fire in gasoline drawers than work there again.

    Benefits

    Cons

Food could be a little better
Tours can sometimes turn out not so well. Some tours given weren't always so nice, but you have to take the good with the bad
