    Ups and downs

    Pros

The company does care about its employees, thats why I have been with them for 7 years. It's usually a good, fun work environment. The pay can be amazing as long as you are good at selling!

    Cons

Depending on which department and which manager you work for, the environment can sometimes be stressful and toxic. If you don't do well at selling, then really don't get paid. You get a base pay of $60/day but you have to pay it back with your commissions. And you are considered an independent contractor, therefor no benefits.

If you value yourself, DON'T work here

Feb 20, 2020 - Front Desk Agent in Kissimmee, FL

    Business Outlook

    Pros

There was nothing good about working here, it was a toxic and crooked environment

    Cons

As a full time employee, there are no benefits such as health insurance, PTO or flexibility. They claim to be flexible for students but that is a lie. Management is always in the back and never around to handle escalations. They force front desk to take the heat for everything. During hiring, they were always promising stability and claiming that they survived the economy crash without cutting employees but they were ALWAYS cutting employees and understaffed.

    Pros

Not many hours a week, free beverages while @ workplace, access to interval getaways.

    Cons

It’s unbelievable how the people at the tour desk control who will be successful and who will be a failure (base on friendship, family ties & pretty much who they like or not) the system is very corrupted. No benefits AT ALL, no tours guaranteed sometimes you can go more than 3 days without a tour. Dealing with managers rejection when you have “nothing” on the table, so you basically have to beg them to go and close your table (part of the process)

    Pros

Work steady, decent money. Beautiful property.

    Cons

Salespeople are Independent Contractors with NO benefits, but Company treats them like employees, i,e. Company dictates when and how long salespeople have to work (sometimes very long hours, 6 days a week); salespeople cannot leave property without permission (usually withheld until they deem day is done); Company dictates when and if you can take vacation time. Management is too controlling.

Unprofessional, Plays Favoritism and LIES to Customers

Sep 2, 2017 - Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV

    Pros

If you like the casino atmosphere, it can be fun to work there. The rooms (only the 40 that are actually converted to Timeshare units) are pretty nice and sell itself and Elvis previously living there is pretty cool. If your good they will favor you and hand select the best yours for you, if your not you get stuck with the WORST tours.

    Cons

It's an absolute disfuctional zoo... No one knows what they are doing, they will hire ANYONE even people who come in for another job! The General Manager teaches people how to pitch heat and hand selects tours for her husband. Richard Siegel is the most disgusting person to ever walk this earth and has NO respect for the individuals who make him MILLIONS of dollars! Be prepared to be lined up from worst to best and get screamed at in the morning meetings. They have a $7,000 reserve -- unheard of -- and you NEVER get that money back when you leave! Very unprofessional from the way from people dress to the way they talk and carry themselves. You are a number and easily replaced at any monent. NO benefits what so ever for working there!!!!!!

    Pros

Nice coworkers. Leave early sometimes and free soda. (Yes the soda is the only thing I could think of)

    Cons

Horrible schedule, horrible bosses, horrible tours and no one cares. I am successful but barely being pushed down all the time. No benefits and you have to pay your own taxes!
