    Employee development is needed. Encouragement should be provided to the employees and they should be paid as per standard industry rates.

    Location, good teams, summer hours, fair benefits

    Cons

    While the modern Canadian standard workweek lies somewhere between 35 and 37.5 hours per week why are we in the stone age at 40 - more vacation will provide your employees with a better work life balance and less sick time.

    -potential growth
    -lots of restaurants on the queensway
    -free bread

    Cons

    -low salary
    -colleagues are hit or miss, some departments are nice, others are socially inept
    -angry management, lots of yelling
    -not enough social events
    -budget for social events keeps getting reduced year after year. there used to be welcome lunches and goodbye lunches at restaurants, and now they just order pizza delivery

    Advice to Management

    respect and listen to your employees. without them you are nothing. george weston would be ashamed.

    Light work, multiple jobs throughout the day so you don't get bored doing the same thing

    Cons

    Calling every morning for work because I worked through an agency, hours not flexible

    Position advancement should be based on skill-level not seniority
