    Fun culture, genuine people, good perks and communication/visibility of senior management. Genuinely committed to female development.

    Cons

    Not a helpful culture internally...and people don't call back when you leave messages. Divisions are very silo...typical for large organisation.

    Keep up the good work.

    Easy-going teams and friendly workplace environment.
    Good work benefits to bank products & discounts.

    Workload can be quite high.
    Salary not competitive, especially when promoting internally.
    Hard to reach KPIs and earn bonuses.

    Very flexible and look after their employees. great remuneration practice and a lot of opportunities to learn.
    Very supportive management who do truly care about employees well being.
    Pay scale is very generous

    Cons

    some difficult people within the company but you get that everywhere.
    Lots of politics and red tape to navigate. can make progress on projects drag along
