    The team I worked with are fantastic people.
    The performance management side of things is fair.

    Cons

    Lack of direction - strategy and vision are lacking.
    Management do not empower staff to actually do the job.
    Do not seem to have the budget to actually make a difference. Difficult to make progress on an idea without running into various roadblocks. Stifles innovation

    Advice to Management

    Trust your people. Give them the tools and technology to do the job.

    Great place to work. The Britomart offices are modern, colleagues are friendly and management develop staff and provide ample opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Area management, present opportunities for CSR's to speak to you in private and keep it confidential. Build up trust with them. Sometimes they can't speak to their managers. They want to grow but can't without leadership support.
