Too many mergers, not enough employees, things change before anything takes effect. Pay periods are twice a month which is horrible. Stocks are declining at an alarming rate.

Located in Vancouver and technology based company. Nice office location which is not in downtown Vancouver. Good work life balance. Good training available.

Very unstable. Not good change management in difficult times. Very political and difficult to get promoted or raise in compensation. Average salaries are very low compare to industry.

People are diverse and very knowledgeable. Travel budget is unlimited with no restrictions on alcohol while entertaining.
Cons
Every 6 months they're re-organizing and changing their business model. People never get to excel and meet objectives. Constant changes and lay-offs becomes very daunting leaving people to wonder if they're next to be cut. Very high turn-over for this type of company.
