    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Most of the rank and file workers and mid-level managers are great people and great to work with.

    Cons

There is really no room for advancement, raises are virtually non-existant even in good times, sales persons are not the only workers in the company but you wouldnt know that from the way other departments are treated.

    Advice to Management

Given the lack of motivation the company's revolving door of talent will continue resulting in the continuation of lost opportunities. If management ever plans on turning things around they should first look to fix things within the company.

    Pros

Young people, young atmosphere, lots of times to be social

    Cons

No place to move up to, bad pay, stuck in same position forever, horrible bonus, actual appearance of offices are old and in need of new design

    Advice to Management

Offer your employees places to move to, and also why is CEO/CFO so "untouchable" when it comes to having questions and/or concerns?

    Cons

managment changed alot, company was big on telling you often what you did wrong, never received training was suppose to get, just not a place I wanted to associated with - ethical standards were very low

    Advice to Management

Make up your mind and support your people in the field - honestly

    Pros

    Good people to work with
    Good mix of co-workers
One of the leaders in the industry
Personally had a great relationship with management, but wasn't always the case with all workers

    Cons

Management treats sales people better than support staff
With new management, they brought all of their people in from a previously failed business
Still paying former employees salaries while the workers are getting pay cuts and furloughs
Little room for advancement, and none if you do not constantly ask for it with a reason to why you should move up and to what position
Very few people have gotten any sort of raise or increase in compensation over the past 2+ years

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like you care about them. It's more than just matching 401K or letting people take loans from it. Everyone took a big hit with the economy, but the scale wasn't completely fair in terms of paycuts. Show the office that you took a bigger hit than they did because bottom line ends with management. It's not the sales assistants fault the company made bad decisions, so why punish them more than yourself? The 5-10% of their salary is a much bigger deal then the 10-15% of yours. Create initiatives and incentives for people to actually make more for doing a good job. People are leaving for more money elsewhere and to work for better companies. Make everyone feel wanted and needed rather than just a cog in the machine.

    Pros

Making a living talking to radio people about great shows is fun, and exciting.

    Cons

The company is in dissarry. The senior management are fun people that have no clue about managing business that will succeed.

    Advice to Management

Become more success minded as it relates to financials. The programming department is great, but the folks keeping the lights on need to be changed.
