      Cons

Lack of structured management in Affiliate Services. Some employees got away with doing no work while others were penalized.

      Pros

You meet great people. You can learn a lot to then leave and go elsewhere. Nice location. Decent benefits.

      Cons

Legal is a nightmare. They want people to work 5 different positions at the same time and pay them low. You are always dispensable. Pay is way below industry standards.

      Great company, awful management.

      Pros

Great people in mid level positions. Company owns some of the most well recognized radio properties.

      Cons

Zero money for raises. Some people have been waiting for a raise for 2-3+ years. Management is awful. Not only are there sometimes 3-4 people that manage each department, only 1 of those people will have a clue what they are actually doing, but they will ALL tell you what to do. Kissing up to management will get you promoted, not performance. Do minimal work, kiss up, get promoted. Do the most work, mind your business, never move up. Sellers and management are so afraid of losing their positions that they create unnecessary stress and pressure in the office.

      Pros

The team are great people. Easy to get along with and always willing to help. The tasks required for this position is not hard at all and you get the hang of it quick.

      Cons

Working there for years and never got any raises that I was promised, not even a cost of living adjustment. No bonuses or anything. Also, they will hire from outside before they consider within.

You'll meet great people but you will probably become frustrated and end up leaving.

      Pros

Most of the rank and file workers and mid-level managers are great people and great to work with.

      Cons

There is really no room for advancement, raises are virtually non-existant even in good times, sales persons are not the only workers in the company but you wouldnt know that from the way other departments are treated.
