    Pros

Fun place to work at with competitive pay and a lot of add ons. It helped me save a lot of money while going to school

    Cons

The job can be very stressful/demanding along with some of the people working there. Not much room for advancement in the company

I have been working at Weyco full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Wonderful coworkers, CEO and COO are fairly easy to work with and just cool people, benefits are out of this world given the current landscape, awesome discount on product.

    Cons

Everything is too flat tiered, which makes it hard to progress in your career. There are too many conservative decisions being made which hold the company back from being modern, which would attract younger job seekers. I also think the looks of the office and warehouse could be much better, from a visual and desk layout point of view. Everyone is stuck in 1990.

    Advice to Management

Give your middle managment some power to make their department great. Allow them to fly. I'd suggest talking to more to your employees about what they want and how they function best. Happy workers = hard workers. There is also departments that are put on an obvious pedestal in managements eyes, which give them a false sense of entitlement that their opinion is greater then others, and consequences never follow their unprofessionalism.

I worked at Weyco full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice people make a nice work environment and fortunately for Weyco, they do make strides, quite obvious in fact, to bring nice people to the forefront.

    Cons

The warehouse is not the most forgiving work environment but, if you can manage to keep your head on straight and not listen to the wrong voice, you can make some money.

    Advice to Management

Fire a manager, kick out the cancer

    Pros

Pay is fair but with benefits added in it becomes very good.
Senior leadership is excellent and has the company headed in the right direction.
Quality people to work with, everyone knows how to do their job.
Always hire from within for promotions before looking outside the company.

    Cons

While Senior management is excellent, middle management seems unfocused. The term to many chiefs not enough Indians applies. The process becomes more important then the result.

When hiring they were not up front about the overtime demands. While overtime is a part of warehouse work, they implied it was minimal. During busy season expect to work 15-20 a week overtime. Busy season is Aug-November and Feb - April.

    Advice to Management

Not everyone needs to be a "manager". Roles would be easier to define if there was a clearer structure within middle management areas.
