I have been working at Whataburger part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most of the managers are understanding of my busy schedule, and will work around it
The pay is pretty good for fast food.
    The 50% discount.

    Cons

Usually short-staffed, so when it gets busy it’s stressful for the few workers who are there.
    Restaurant is nasty (cleanliness wise)
The whole restaurant needs updating, orders are often made incorrectly because the person taking the order can’t hear.

    Advice to Management

    Update the store

    Cons

Too much favoritism, they never let you go at your scheduled time, lazy people mainly. Only a few good managers.

    Advice to Management

Stop cutting hours and sending so many people home but continue to hire more and more. It doesn't make sense

I worked at Whataburger part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-You get to work at one of the best fast food stores around.
    -The employee discount is amazing.
-Coworkers were incredibly friendly and willing to teach me everything I needed to know at a moments notice.
-Managers would often be on your side during disputes

    Cons

-Being open 24/7 can kill you and your schedule
-Employees didn't seem to care about the job and would often show up late or not at all
-Managers didn't punish employee's often enough which didn't help the employee turnout
-They never made me fill out all of the paperwork I needed and only asked me about it halfway through my employment.

    Advice to Management

I wish the managers took discipline more seriously and helped out with the store front more rather than staying in the office so often.
