I worked at Whataburger full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent pay, Ok benefits, 50% discount on meals, meet lots of people throughout the day, and you can build your schedule to your availability

    Cons

No work life balance, little to no training, raises are very small if any, and very small ceiling for moving up in the company.

    Advice to Management

Give better on the job training because your training is literally done through online videos and you're expected to basicallly remember everything after one sitting.

Food is half price for employees. They work with you on hours. It's fun working there for a minimum wage job.

Promotion seems a little unfair to some employees. No benefits for employees other than managers. Rules are broken on a daily basis yet strictly enforced on some employees with certain managers.

    Advice to Management

    Care about employees.
