I worked at Whataburger part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Its very fast paced, no down time, flexible full and part time hours, you can move up the chain of command if you wanted to, its fun overall great experience.

    Cons

The customers at the store i was working at were very rude, some of my team members were also, its was a place that needed a whole new team and when i came in it was just being put together. It was a lot of personalities on the team that just didnt mix.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to always keep your stores together, if the customers feel like they're coming to eat at a restaurant it should because clean and organized. Just make sure everyone on your team is for your team.

I have been working at Whataburger full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Co workers are always great it's really a family environment. Pretty good pay though.

    Cons

The sense of family starts to fade as you get further up in management in my experience. It's hard to communicate with them about scheduling. And they were more concerned about how the employees followed dress code rather then the cleanliness of the store.

I have been working at Whataburger part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Discounts. Pay is good and over minimum wage. Flexible hours. It is fast food, working there is like working with family. Managers are nice overall. Will interview anyone who puts in an application. No job experience needed.

    Cons

Having to deal with customers. Have to learn things on your own because they don't show you how to. They make you do videos about what you're suppose to do it but they don't really help.
