    Discounted 50% off food for you and another person and free drinks
    Decent Pay for fast food
    Flexible hours
    Weekly paychecks
    No drug test required upon hire

    Cons

    Hard to train and learn other stations within the restaurant if you are decent at current station
    Personal online schedule is non existent ,so you have to physically go to work place weekly to see schedule.
    Request for days off are often "lost"
    Sometimes you get off really late and past your clock out time because a rush hits at night or the night shift arrives very late
    Cant exceed 40 hours in a work week for team members

    pretty easy work. Good coworkers for the most part. Pretty good benefits considering its fast food.

    Get 50% off on food, some managers are great and give you the entire food list 50% off

    Cons

    Some managers are terrible and would often select the cheapest food to give the discount, they would take a long time to give a raise.

    Advice to Management

    Don't hire senior managers, they get terrible and cranky all the time

    Fun and enjoyable work atmosphere

    Cons

    Managers are favorable to some employees but not others and there's always that someone that always gets singled out all the time for the same position even when they ask to learn new skills

    Pros

    I love the people I work with. They can be pretty fun. Management is understanding.

    Cons

    When we are short staffed, we become slow and I get chewed out by customers.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who are willing to work anytime so you won't be short staffed. Also hire people who are going to do their job and not just stand around.
