I worked at Whataburger part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The employees and management staff all got along together pretty well. There was always a good balance and level of respect for each other that I loved. The job never felt overwhelming or more than I could handle and someone was always willing to help.

    Cons

Long hours with little breaks, and the occasional cranky, horrifically rude customer.

    Advice to Management

Great store, great employees, great management
