      Pros

      Continue development and feature releases at a high pace. Amazing team across departments and a collaborative environment. Flexibility to be the owner of your achievements and strive for results. Compensation and benefits are well thought through.

      Cons

      Many changes and updates are happening in many fields of work towards improvement, which I enjoy. Therefore, this fast-paced environment is a great fit for people who do not like to be in a routine.

      Pros

      There’s a strong sense of “we’re in this together” in the team and a real commitment to both each other and our customers. The office vibe is energetic but laid-back, and the hybrid + work-from-anywhere policy gives a lot of flexibility, which I personally really value. The culture encourages growth and striving for success, and it feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction.

      Cons

      Like many growing companies, there's a fair amount of change over the last couple of years. Some processes and planning are still catching up, which can make things feel a bit unstructured at times. That said, it’s clear that the company has brought in the right skillsets and is investing in building a more solid foundation. The direction now feels much more focused and promising.
