Pros
When the world started going crazy over Corona virus the company made sure to set us all up to work from home. I truly appreciate how the company has looked out for the staff during these rocky times. We have all been able to continue working in the safety of our homes and the companies management is only a phone call away when we need any help. Overall the company has shown they put their staff first and make sure we are always good.
Cons
I have nothing but positive words.

Pros
Management can be pretty helpful
Cons
Pay barely feels worth it at the end of the week. They ask to you to work during your lunch break. My paycheck always comes out to less than I expect.

Pros
I worked for Wheelzy for over a year. The office is located in the center of Downtown Orlando. Iyad Muhanna obviously worked very hard to build a culture for his employees that will help keep their spirits up and make up for the difficult nature of the job. The atmosphere is very competitive with results but laid back in almost every other way. They host many company events (inspired by the employees suggestions in the "fun committee" meetings) and everyone 21 and older gets a beer at the end of the day on Fridays. They also generously cater lunch every Friday. The compensation is really nice and there are many other opportunities to make cash bonuses. They attempt to make the atmosphere family oriented by singing to everyone on their birthdays and recognizes work anniversaries. If you are a highly competitive, motivated individual who has a strong skill set in rebuttals and negotiating, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a lot of money and build a home in this company. If you are not, you will probably want to save yourself the time and stress by looking for a different role.
Cons
There is a high turnover. If you are looking for a place with some job security, this is probably not the place for you. Like most sales positions, your security almost entirely depends on the results you turn out. However, due to it being a younger company going through growing pains, there are other factors that can put your job at risk (who you associate with outside of work, how one manager feels about you, assumptions made about you, etc). The job is also excessively repetitive. You are basically saying the same thing over and over again for 45 hours a week. If you need change throughout the day, you definitely should look elsewhere. It seems that even if you perform well enough and manage to not get fired, you will burn out over this job. There isn't too much opportunity to grow so its hard to stay motivated every day if you're looking to build a career. But there are a select few that have lasted a period of time simply because they are making loads of money. They do not have sick days for employees so if you didn't request time off for a case of pink eye in advance, you have the option to plague the office or forfeit a few days of pay.

Foreign owner who degraded and destroys confidence. Watch out if you’re a girl because Iyad will make advances.

Free lunch and cool office
Cons
CEO is a lunatic. They don’t say much about what the company is because he doesn’t want people to know it’s another call center. They train you to lie to customers and buy customers vehicle for close to nothing. FOREWARNING- they give employees tasks to create fake reviews on the company as well as fake reviews posing as customers to the thousands of different company names they run under. This place has a high turnover rate and you’ll be expected to never hang out with other employees outside of the office. When you start working here, don’t expect for your work and personal life to be separate. The CEO will manipulate and try to control everything.

Pros
There are so many things I love about working for Wheelzy. The company culture is great, it really feels like I am apart of the family and they do everything they can to keep their employees happy. From the team competitions, to the Friday lunches, and the company events, it's impossible not to have fun here. The CEO really listens to you and wants you to do well with the company. I highly recommend working here!
Cons
The hours can be long, but the happy hour on Friday makes up for it!
