    Visa Sponsorship(H1B, Green card, etc), good employee benifit(health care, 401K, etc), Very diverse culture working enviroment, plenty of opportunities

    Cons

    Tech centers & factory located at small towns, Lots of process to do work/ finish a project, slow pace working enviroment, low innovation

    Advice to Management

    Move offices to metropolitan area, Home Appliances need new tech now a days! Innovation!

    Vacation is the only good benefit.

    Racism, poor benefits, poor work environment, poor leadership, no room for growth, stagnate pay with no real raise, intense manual labor, and poor work ethic of peers.

    replace supervisors and team leaders with unbiased authoritarian leaders who recognise and reprimand substandard employees.
