I loved my time at Whistles. The VP in the US is just amazing, she spends time nurturing the growth of her employees. since it was a small operation i felt like there was so much growth opportunity and the learning curve was major.
Cons
The operation was small, and the UK team ties the hands of the US team making it hard to operate seamlessly in a market that is very different from the UK. with that being said the VP of the company in the US is incredible and she goes above and beyond for her team and the companies growth. Honestly working with Danielle changed my life for the better.

Cons
Your pay is low compared to most leases in Bloomingdale’s. The management takes advantage of the company and is barely at work. Will continue to harass you on your days off regarding work and sometimes unrelated to work. Be careful with what you say, everyone in that work place has ears and will speak. If you don’t want to waste your time I suggest looking elsewhere. Your review will be after 90 days. Raises are done once a year in October and management will threaten to cut your hours and withhold raises.

Company did not follow the Labor Law requirements for the state, District Manager is rude, disrespectful, & lies, goals are unrealistic (30% to LY) to keep you from achieving bonus, you are micro managed the whole way, shop is very slow due to location
