I have been working at Whitbread full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great to be part of the success and growth of such a fantastic brand as Costa Coffee. There is a culture of progression and openness to become the leaders of the future for the company and there are numerous perks such as competitive salary, health care, share save scheme, tools to do the role and bonus scheme

    Cons

No major issues. it is a huge business so if you prefer small independent business then possibly this is not the company for you however due to the many functions and parts of the business your team can feel very much like it's own business working towards goals that will support the wider company goals

    Advice to Management

a have had a number of managers over the 8 years and I can honestly say I have had a great relationship with all of them and they have been nothing but supportive and made it clear how important we are as a group. The only watch out would be that occasionally too much can change too soon
