I have been working at White Castle part-time

    Pros

Friendly management and co-workers, flexible hours, and good job opportunity. Promotions can occur within a month of employment. Hours are flexible and can be adjusted weekly.

    Cons

Inauspiciously higher management, most of the people who I've met only have been on the job a month. It seems the long time employees who don't get promoted get fired.

    Advice to Management

Make sure new employees have been well trained by their trainers. Some the Trainers just put employees to work with remedial labor rather than training them to use the griddle/friar/register all of which they will eventually have to use

I worked at White Castle full-time

    Pros

The White Castle factory delivers free burgers. I had to throw that in there. The people are great to get along with. The job offers great benefits and one of those benefits puts you through college.

    Cons

There isn't too much that I had to complain about. A hard worker will do what they will have to to make sure their family is taken care of. If standing is a major problem for you, then be ready to buy crutches for support.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work; working with your employees and providing the best team-work.
