I have been working at White Glove Placement full-time

    Pros

They are willing to train new graduate nurses. Its a good place to start and gain some experience. They can also provide cases that are close to your location and can adjust to your schedule. They make sure you are adjusting well to your work, if not they can provide you a different case. Also, there are professional people available by calling if something happens or if you are not sure what to while with your patient.

    Cons

You may not necessarily work well with patient's families, but I never had that problem. The pay is not that great.

    Advice to Management

Provide cases that pertain to nurse titles if possible. Example, cases that can pay for RNs. Increase starting salary.
