    Bad Management . Forced overtime. No room for Growth. Parking Problem.

    Advice to Management

    Be a little bit more understanding of your employee's needs. Stop rewarding bad behavior.

    Pros

    You will feel a sense of belonging, like your coworkers are your family away from home. A lot of coworkers hang outside of work.

    Cons

    Depending on your department, management can talk down to you. Some of them can be very annoying or passive aggressive.

    Advice to Management

    Remember you were once an employee so remember we're all humans.

    White Plains Hospital is a great place to grow and learn in your career. They are success and providing exceptional Patient Care!

    As a technology professional, not having control over all of the IT infrastructure can at times be frustrating due to outsourced agreements.

    Continue to lead the way as valued part of the community in both patient care as well as employment opportunities.

    The staff is super nice
    Parking is $8 a month

    Cons

    The pay is one of the lowest in the Region

    Advice to Management

    Increase the pay and there will not be such a high turnover of staff across the board.

    Wonderful community hospital with great staff. Many improvements being made.

    Cons

    Parking is a struggle - esp during construction. Cafeteria food not very good.

    Pros

    Did my preceptorship here for nursing school and it was great. the entire staff was incredibly supportive and always willing to help me learn. They made me feel like my education was one of their priorities.

    none that i can think of
