    Cons

I would love to work for the hospital again if I ever went back, but most certainly not as a housekeeper.

I worked at White River Health System full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I think it was a good place to work. Accomodates schedules, pretty good management, always looking to improve quality care, good employee benefits

    Cons

The pay wasn't great for LPNs. Enormous amount of responsibility for not great pay. drama was a little too much, at times unprofessional conduct with managers gossiping about employees.

    Pros

Great people to work with, great leadership

    Cons

Opportunity for raises could be better

    Advice to Management

Yearly reviews should be made to twice a year and one of those should come with a raise if the employee is deserving of it

I have been working at White River Health System full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

facilities and equipment are nice, the area is also nice if you are an outdoorsy type. Large main facility with multiple smaller hospitals, clinics also.

    Cons

culture of system needs to change, very little respect given to the nurses - even APRNs, PAs etc are treated like they are disposable.

    Advice to Management

other health systems treat their midlevels better

I have been working at White River Health System part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits are good, coworkers are always there to assist. Management really does listen and ack on suggestions.

    Cons

Company values its employees very much, but does lack some incentive to retain experienced workers. Such as, no bonuses for the workers but upper management got bonuses one year.

    Advice to Management

Put employee needs above management needs when it come to incentive to remain with WRMC.
