I worked at White Rose Food full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

This company, while I was there, was in the forefront of 401K, profit sharing, stock options, plus a very concise and accurate review.

    Cons

At the time, there was not adequate "promotion from within".

    Advice to Management

Look in-house for strong talent and experience.
