    Pros

Excellent leadership team, and fantastic place to work. Felt at home working at White Spot, sad i had to leave and hoping to join again in the future.

    Cons

Not much i can see. Reason I left was for a more challenging role.

I have been working at White Spot Restaurants full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working at Whitespot is fantastic. The fast paced cooking mixed with the people you work with make the hours fly by.

    Cons

However if you are not a organized or competitive person working on the line will be a struggle as you will have trouble keeping up. It can be overwhelming no matter how experienced you are. Overall I love my job even if I there are some cons.

    Advice to Management

    If you are a manager

I worked at White Spot Restaurants full-time

    Pros

Reasonable hours, white spot has a solid corporate structure that encourages growth and they like to promote from within when positions are available

    Cons

Schedules change frequently, and there is a reasonably higher than average employee turnaround as compared with other restaurants, meaning it is likely that you are working with someone who is training at all times.

I worked at White Spot Restaurants part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great for anyone who is a student, especially if you can get into serving. What I did like most about the job was how understanding and accommodating they were when I was planning my wedding and all the time off I requested was always giving as long as it was far in advance and I explained what it was for out right.

    Cons

Avoiding out answers. When I asked questions that were serious to me, while I was giving an 'answer' I wasn't given one that satisfied me, as it was always "well we will see" or "I can't say because we dont know right now" etc etc. I would have preferred more honesty out right.
