    Pros

Interesting roles, interesting clients, lot of opportunity for the resourceful.

    Cons

Owned by a hedge fund now, which is not ideal, and exec search suffers in a down economy.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Competitive reward package.
    Good work/life balance.
At more junior levels, minimal politics and a geniune desire to do a good job.
    Good IT/support functions.
Strong brand and well-respected within the industry.

    Cons

Inconsistent working culture and practices across the business. Highly dependent on the Practice leader you work for - some are good but some are bad.

    Advice to Management

Be very careful who you promote. Avoid those who lack intellect, are dishonest or who are highly strung/neurotic. They only cause problems for people working below them.
