Whitepages is an awesome place to work. There is a lot of room to grow within the company. The company is a great place to grow your career.
Cons
I don't see many downsides with working at Whitepages. Unless you do not like free lunches every other Friday.

Great environment and colleagues, enjoyable place to work
Cons
Felt there was a general lack of strategic direction. Some management decisions were questionable and it seemed the company would put forth weak efforts in several directions to see what took. In the end, nothing was pursued intensively enough to succeed so it felt like we were always chasing the latest flavor of the month with no clear long term direction.

Small teams give give everyone the opportunity to follow through on our corporate values of owning projects and seeing them through. Just a great place to show up to work every day.

Small focused teams don't always allow for unstructured time and side projects.
