There are many examples that the leadership of Whitlock really care about their employees

No two days are the same making it impossible to get bored with your job.

    Cons

Just like any integration job, changes and variables require us to shift gears or change direction at a moments notice. This sometimes requires long hours to get it right. This job requires someone flexible and who can think on their feet.

    Advice to Management

Not to rest on improvements and growth of late, but to build upon our success.

I have been working at Whitlock full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Employee Development, Abundance of Manufacture Product Training, Financial Support to Obtain Info-comm Certifications, Cell Phone Allowance, Christmas Bonus, Christmas Luncheon, Strong Local Team, Premium Grade Tools & Laptops, 3 Weeks of Vacation plus 5 Sick Days, Strong Focus on Employee Safety, Lots of options for advancement and relocation.

    Cons

Difficult sales goals with-in a restricted small area. Company guidelines limit local integration to 30 miles south, 45 miles north, or 12 miles east due to being in other region's territory or the Atlantic Ocean.

    Advice to Management

The next step to employee engagement and development after manufacture certifications & info-comm CTS certifications should be distance learning ED2GO. There are currently 2 Managers registered for Communications classes and 2 Lead Technicians registered for EXCEL 2013. It is exciting to see our local team continue to grow and develop that includes long term goals.
