I have been working at Whitlock full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Relaxed environment, and great people. Proper organizational business structure. Operations people run operations and sales people run sales. Jobs are scheduled with an appropriate amount of time to complete.

    Cons

The only complaint I have is the amount of yearly vacation time vs sick time. Most modern companies have done away with that outdated style and gone to PTO.
