I worked at Whole Foods Market part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-Workers were awesome!! I met so many great people there, even though I couldn't stand the job, the co workers made it worthwhile.
The pay: the highest I've ever been paid working a customer service job
    Food
Flexibility: as a team member you can switch departments, or get extra hours in diff. departments, all you have to do is ask. I started in customer service, didn't like it so I switched to bakery- which was equally as horrible, but I didn't have to push carts in the freezing cold weather :)

    Cons

Customers: the customers at my location were so pompous. Somehow, they believe that because they shop at Whole Foods that they're automatically better than the rest of the American population. Got talked to like I was a child on many occasions. Definitely have to have tough skin to work there.
    6am Store Meetings
Pushing Carts: yeahhh, i don't think so.
My Team Leader was really unprofessional, she talked trash about her team members and spread their personal business.

    Advice to Management

When team members make complaints about their team leader, take it seriously.

    Pros

looks like it might be a good work environment, fun, and potentially present opportunities down the road. I am looking forward to it.

    Cons

Pay seems a little low. Note sure about exact career path. Aside from that everything seems to be pretty well done.

    Advice to Management

I guess is I was management I'd try to continue to increase the value that their team members provide to clients and customers.
