    Was laid off when work was slow.

    Try and give employees more hours of work

    Pros

    The few events you are welcomed to join the company in.

    Cons

    Poor Management, like working with High School kids and these are grown men in there 60's.
    Do not care about your family and personal life at all.
    LONG hours...
    Don't ask for a raise or you will be "Laid off"

    Advice to Management

    Keep the people who came to work, sometimes paying them more is worth it in the long run.
    Stop flashing money around.... everyone knows you borrow it.

    Pros

    Flexible hours. When time off is needed, management is very flexible. Co-workers are great people. Fairly stress free working environment.

    Cons

    Reps do all the work for 1/3 profit. Company does no advertising and is very stingy with their money.

    Advice to Management

    Pack it in.

    Wholesale flooring has an edge in the custom builder market. Good commission.

    Cons

    Too little business. Management tries to force me quit before I was laid off.
