I worked at Wi-Tribe Pakistan Limited as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

if you are educated and dying by starvation, you may get a chance live

    Cons

company doesnot show trust in their employees, low wages and no perks. there is no place for hard working but offers great rewards to the tail careers. To be blunt there is a gender discrimination, females are offered better timings in the shifts if the team is working 24/7 and in some cases edge on promotions by some kind settlement.

    Advice to Management

make your reporting better so that you can figure out the forged numbers and the actual workers. there is a limit of a person working actually whereas forgery has no limits.
