    Pros

    One of the better contracting firms I've worked for. Easy On-boarding, better-than-average benefits.

    Cons

    It's still a contract/consulting position.

    You need to be more aggressive in getting follow-up positions.

    I worked at Wicresoft full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Training is provided.
    Lovely and helpful colleagues.
    Good support from senior members.
    Casual working environment.
    Nice office and nice tea room.

    Cons

    Worked as technical support
    Low payment, unbalanced work volume, sometimes way too busy, while other time just has nothing to do
    Feel like no self development after working for a few months

    easy going for graduated student, have good relationship with Microsoft and Chinese government, lots of young people, active and positive place.

    Cons

    an outsourcing company, not pay much attention on keeping professional workers satisfied, always want to make more profit from newbie.

    not just concern about profit but more about employees

    Pros

    Learning tech from Microsoft's FTE. Be more professional in english and C#, Powershell and MCF Framework

    Cons

    Not so free. Never forget to turn down the monitor and computer. never forget to take room Card along.

    Advice to Management

    don‘t pay the same because we became a FTE in a same time. it is unfair.
