    Cons

Commuting from the city can be a bit challenging if you do not have your own car. There are no other cons.

I worked at Widex Hearing Aid full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

-Work environment is competitive and fun (depending on department) - Overall vibe is relaxed - If you work for a small manager Maggie's I heard her departments can be fun - Free food on occasion - Dave is cool too - Benefits are above good

    Cons

    - Managment waits until something goes wrong or the big boss says something to correct the leader and the team - Not everyone believes in teamwork (once again depends on your department) - Being individually recognized flies under the radar unless you are making noise or surpassing "production" numbers - Horse and pony show when the board from Denmark comes to visit - Not enough swag given away (t shirts, polos, sweatshirts) unless your exclusive - You will be picking up your team's slack (those who want the bare minimum or a paycheck) - Break your back to get rewards coins that just add to a minimal reward (depends on department) - Water jugs aren't maintained until someone tells the maintenance people. - Have to word your sentences carefully or else people will not want to hear what you have to say.

I worked at Widex Hearing Aid for less than a year

    Pros

Colleagues were very nice and helpful.

    Cons

BAD revolving local management. They own your free time too. Mandatory product meeting on the weekends and after hours. Don't show up and expect a bad review. Expect a bad review anyway, no matter what..

Family atmosphere, Employee average employment time is 5yrs+ for salaried employees. Employee avg for non salary is 8yrs+. They have plenty of activities planned for staff to keep morale high.

    Cons

Org structure is top heavy with very little room to grow. Hard to climb the corporate ladder due to few opportunities.
