I worked at Wilco Hess full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I did like the hours and having a flexible schedule. I enjoyed all the sweet customers that would come in just to see me. I also enjoyed having insurance as a benefit.

    Cons

The store that I was at the management was very poor. They didn't treat the staff with respect at all. If you didn't come in to work on your day off when someone called out sick they punished you by taking away some of your hours the next week.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff well and they will treat you well. As the old saying goes treat others like you would like to be treated.

    Pros

There are no pros, with this job

    Cons

Certain management pushes everything off on others. You are worked 8 to 10 days straight, before u have a day off. Shifts are not rotated the way they should be. When there is an emergency, you can never get in touch with certain management! For all the crappie you have to take, and do. The pay stinks! Go to sheetz...

    Advice to Management

Don't make your employees do what you yourself ARE NOT willing to do

I worked at Wilco Hess full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

training is awesome, if you work hard you understand what you are supposed to be doing

    Cons

some managers are not worth the pay you get to put up with the unprofessionalism and insults you have to deal with on a daily basis

    Advice to Management

listen to customers and employees when they tell you they quit because of a manager who thinks no one can do anything right and thinks they are the only ones who can do any job in the store with any sense.
