I worked at Wilderness Resort full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I had a great time working at Wilderness. I enjoyed the staff and managers who were all very chill people, the guests and most of all the overall experience was excellent.

    Cons

At times the job was monotonous and as a result boring, however I do believe that comes with the territory of working at any theme park.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Wilderness Resort part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible work scheduling, availability to work overtime, decent coworkers

    Cons

Management is very concerned with themselves and rarely offers help. If you have a difficult phone call with a guest, they will do everything they can to not take the "manager call" while telling you what to offer the guest. This puts extra stress on the guest having to be put on hold while you play telephone with management. If management ends up taking the phone call, they give the guest what they want even if the guest was extremely disrespectful to the employee.
