I have been working at Wiley as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

They're a very reputable company and they're really being proactive about growing their digital business. They also have a pretty good overall corporate culture and promote work/life balance for employees.

    Cons

My only complaint is that I was hired as a temporary worker for what really should be a full-time position. I get the feeling that the powers that be at the top think my job doesn't actually need to exist, but the work I do really is pretty essential, and they've already extended my contract and will probably replace me when I leave, so it's frustrating to still be paid hourly and not get any benefits.
