    Pros

    Plenty of work, decent bennies, easy going. They are always hiring and if you are willing to work you'll stand out.

    Cons

    They are always hiring... Pay scales are below average. Very little formal training.

    Advice to Management

    You'll get better employees if you decide to make pay scales closer to the industry average.

    Get to do lots of diffrent stuff and had the opportunity to learn all aspects of line work

    Cons

    Low pay not many benefits. Company is steadily taking away from its employees

    Take care of the employee and the employee will take care of you. Chapman......

    Pros

    Decent Pay, per-diem, overtime not really much else to be honest

    Cons

    Not many jobs, not great corporate management, too many Vice Presidents, pointless private jet for a company that is not doing well, circling the drain.

    poor training. not very good for entry level jobs.

    I have mixed feelings about management. I had one great manager and two not so great managers.

    Pros

    The flexibility of control I have here to shape my division, and the support I receive from the teams I work with.

    Cons

    Being to internally focused can make a company miss out on opportunities, where if I had the authority to subcontract out more scope it would keep us more competitive.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. There are very few places that I have worked that are this friendly.

    Pros

    Reliable client base provide steady flow of work. Solid salty and benefit package. Local office management and leadership was supportive of employee base. Company benefits; medical, dental, vacation, etc.

    Cons

    Upper management changes provided unreliable leadership. Stock values and 401K values tanked due to upper management and lack of leadership. Unreliable employment security.

    Advice to Management

    Needs experienced leadership. Needs to provide better company communication from top down. Needs to instill a sense of employment security.

    Consistent work for a reputable Gas company, and ability to learn every day.

    Cons

    Employee's not compensated properly for their commitment to the company and sacrifices they make or for the qualifications they possess.

    Advice to Management

    NEVER take your employees for granted, because they are the foundation of the company great work comes from great employees and that in turn results in renewed and extended contracts.
