    Pros

What are the pros to working in the moving and storage industry ran by people who think they know it all yet their business is so far behind the game?

    Cons

Management is terrible. One or two people in charge and dictates how and what happens regardless of best practices that are proven else where. The management that is here has been here forever, they do not adapt, they do not learn and they run this place like their opinion is the only one that matters. They constantly bark at you, point fingers, shift blame to make themselves look good. They have to fight to keep positions they're no longer qualified for.

    Pros

Company had ok benefits and plenty of work including overtime which was a beneficial time and a half after 8 hours in a day as opposed to after 40 hours in a week.

    Cons

Expecting employees to work till all hours without any previous notice. This makes it difficult for families to plan for child care.

    Pros

    Friendly employees, good social environment

    Cons

Management needs to be more appreciative of its employees hard work. Expect putting an investment in its non-managers.

    Pros

Some very nice and helpful people. Pay was decent.

    Cons

Lacked structure and management needs to step up with the "bully" managers.

    Pros

Decent pay. Relaxed dress code. Upper management will reward you as long as you do EVERYTHING according to the way they have deemed correct but will not train you on. And once you go astray at all you will be abandoned.

    Cons

Non existent training. Poor work environment with extremely outdated office. Not out of the ordinary to hear coworkers screaming and cursing while you are trying to work. Work is not organized and will leave you feeling confused. Management will exude the image that they know what they are doing but really they are throwing ideas together as they go.

    Pros

can meet some cool people, small potential to get hired full time and receive benefits if you are hired as a temp

    Cons

management can seem a bit flustered, stressed out and disorganized at times which then usually is taken out on staff, very large company with little communication to higher ups on how to find efficiency and change, not environmentally friendly
