Time off, great place to start your career in higher education because you’ll get a lot of experience not outlined in your job description that is helpful, the students are great, some of the employees that work there are amazing and care a lot about their work
Cons
Many departments lack structure, there aren’t many policies/procedures in place, leadership, salary

Being in downtown, the campus can be affected by other events. This includes parking which is bad even on normal days.

Good co-workers. Higher Ed environment with flexible hours.
Cons
No strategic vision. Administration cares on a superficial level. Low pay, extreme hours and a LOT of overtime without pay. HR is clueless and not a leadership partner.

Pros
Classes are well organized and information is well communicated. Students are great and teaching class on Saturdays only is a plus.
Cons
Some of the classes don't necessarily get taught in the right order for students- methods courses for example should possibly overlap more so that students can use their knowledge from each class
