I have been working at Williams Lea Tag full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - excellent work life balance. (Those who say there isn't haven't worked at other agencies or similar companies before)
    - opportunities for growth and cross departmental learning. Because the company does so many different things (true end to end creative production), you have the opportunity to learn many things and not get pigeon holed as a one trick pony.
    - opportunity to carve a place for yourself and make the role you want if you are proactive and innovative and committed to supporting company growth
    - GREAT PEOPLE!!!
    - daily/weekly perks such as fruit, coffee, pizza lunches, bagels etc
    - flexibility to work from home a couple days a week
    - If you have vision and drive, you can go far

    Cons

    - lack of strategy at a senior management level
    - poor technology investments, behind the times in terms of technology
    - parent company not understanding the creative production business well and making changes that are not always good
    - too much restructuring and turn over at a senior level
    - sometimes too much red tape to get simple things done (just get on with it!)

    Advice to Management

Invest in your people, invest in the RIGHT people. Have a clear strategy and vision that can be communicated to the business and then stick to it and allow time for that strategy to be executed. Empower people and make people feel valued. Need to put strong BD people in place to be able to drive growth.

    Pros

Good company, nice people, good management, good benefits. Hard working people all around, good clients. Been working there for 7 years.

    Cons

Maybe the management can put a bit more of attention to satellite employees, they work pretty much on their own.
