    Pros

Compensation is equal to its competition. If you have a great manager, everything is golden.

    Cons

Could have a more generous bonus plan. Good luck if you have a poor manager.

    Advice to Management

Do a salary survey to make sure your people are being paid market and get in HR people who care about the company and those who toil for them. The benefits have improved each year so please don't take that away. Please recognize and be generous to the talent on the team or we may loose them.
