    Pros

The people at the company are great, but that's all.

    Cons

There are no clients left, the company is losing money, it's a terrible work environment, salaries are low and you'll never get a raise

    Advice to Management

Replace people who quit instead of giving the work to people who are already at capacity. Pay reasonable salaries instead of only giving raises to the people you hang out with.

    Pros

Really enjoyed working for this company and especially liked the people. It was a great team and I learnt a lot there. I stayed for 5 years.

    Cons

Of course like with most places there were management polices and decisions that were not always great.

I worked at Williams Lea Tag full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    +Decent PTO
+Opportunity to work from home some days
    +Soho office location

    Cons

Absolute no growth. The only change you can find in a print account/ project management position is being switched to or added to another account because the previous person quit. You might be able to be given the chance to work on some digital but this seems to be chosen by favoritism. Everyone is miserable. The environment is toxic. From account directors, to digital pm's, to print pm's to studio... everyone constantly talks crap about each other and the company. Feels like high school all over again. Pay is a joke.

    Pros

Great opportunities for growth and development if you're a self starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is solutions driven.

    Cons

Inconsistent Senior Leadership, poor upper management. Dealing with a company acquisition, so lots of "transitional" periods.

    Advice to Management

Invest in the employees you have, creative incentives, make it a fun and positive work environment.

I worked at Williams Lea Tag full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - I read the negative reviews before accepting the job, but unfortunately I didn't believe... now I just regret it
    - work from home 3x per month, saves you commuting, but at same time you have managers chasing you to make sure you are in front of the computer non-stop.
    - some friendly people
    - paid extra hours

    Cons

    - Sick environment
    - Processes obsessed company
    - Forms + forms + forms of a form to fill. You will waste hours a day, and they will still complain you didn't fill them correctly. They like to fill forms just for the sake of it
    - Zero creative environment
    - You are just a number for them
    - Some average employees working there, which you will have nothing to learn from them. Neither they will make an effort to teach you something.
    - No mentoring/ coaching or any investments on career progression
    - They want to save money and invest nothing on you
    - If you say yes to everything you are great, but there are no bonuses.
    - If you say NO, once, they will try to get you fired as quick as possible.
    - They want you to do the work and shut up, there is no space for new ideas.
    - They treat you like you went back to school. You have to ask permission for everything
    - They don't trust employees
    - There is no team/group mentality. It's everyone alone and by themselves, playing their own game
    - A lot of back-stabbing

    Advice to Management

They are selfish with a very short memory and don't listen to anything
Don't waste time trying to suggest or they will try to discipline you.
If they feel threatened, they will do everything to make your way out of the company
They want to act like bosses, not like someone that will help you grow you career.
