    Pros

    Professional environment. The Houston office had a very low turnover because of great management and working conditions. Tele-commuting allowed better work/life balance.

    Cons

    Some teams were led by off-site management. In theory this works better than in practice.

    I have a great working relationship with my supervisor as she understood what KM was all about.

    Most senior leaders did not understand KM and how it could improve the bottom line of the business.

    Excellent company. Trying to stay abreast of future opportunities.

    The oil and gas industry can have downturns.

    Advice to Management

    You need to use Williams employees in leadership. Access employees have messed things up and have not taken accountability for their actions.
