I have been working at Williams full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company has lots of seasoned professionals who are encouraging and eager to teach and learn things from new employees. The company integrates its core values in everything it does, from the CEO down to the field workers. It is an awesome company with lots of benefits and encourages a work/life balance.

    Cons

Recently the company has gone through a re-organization and things are shuffled around. It has also become flatter, which means there is not a lot of upward mobility.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

Great midwestern culture. Most of the people there are team players and not volitile by nature.

    Cons

Sometimes a little too passive and "nice"

Williams understands the value that employees bring to the organization and respect a healthy work life balance. The work environment is positive and enjoyable. There seem to be career and personal development opportunities including education reimbursement. The stability of the oil and Gas industry is also a great benefit!

For the most part the work is not highly technical.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work.

I have been working at Williams full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful work life balance, I very much enjoy working here at Williams. Compensation seems to be on the low side but they are working to benchmark and mirror the industry.

    Cons

Processes are still being developed, so its sometimes hard to navigate the system. Its a fairly flat organization and therefore promotions seems to be pretty few and far in between.

    Advice to Management

I have not been here long enough to deliver sounds advice to management.
