    Toxic work environment

    Pros

Working remotely is the only pro I can think of.

    Cons

The management is horrible, the culture is nonexistent, there’s no work life balance, you will never get time off, and the system you have to use constantly glitches which makes your already irritating job more difficult than it needs to be. Be prepared to be over worked and underpaid as well and micromanaged for using the restroom for 3 seconds. You will be asked to work overtime almost everyday after and/or before your shift and during the weekends; on top of that you are already overworked during your shift because of your team not being staffed appropriately enough in order to be efficient, which is either due to poor time management skills on upper management side by not hiring enough people or they simply don’t care to prioritize hiring more people so they can under pay and overwork everyone else.
