Limited headcount/resources so you really need to be willing to roll up sleeves to get things done. (but this can turn into opportunity as well with less layers between you and your manager)

The benefits and the opportunity for growth at this company were amazing. I felt the training process was executed very well given that there was so much seasonal onboarding and so much to control.
Cons
De-escalation is definitely a skill that was required. When I was starting was a busy time of year so it was difficult to get assistance at times which discouraged some people. But the resources were there and the process was fair to het assistance.

Customers yelling and screaming during phone calls, Wont approve PTO, or vacation times, i wanted to change my schedule from 10 hrs to just 8 and they wouldn’t allow me to do so.
