    Pros

Great people work here and make the job fun! The product is great and the discount helps!

    Cons

This is a very complex job with high expectations. The stores struggle with payroll and it difficult to deliver all lever. You do have enough associates working to get the job done!! Upper management doesn't great it...clueless!

    Pros

A very fast paced enviroment with great co-workers. Wonderful discount on quality product and I learned a lot about the industry

    Cons

Unrealistic intense expectations from upper management to the field. So extremely micro-managed it creates a very negative atmosphere! High turnover

    Nice people, poor benefits

    Pros

The managers and people I worked with were very kind and friendly, and the company has good retention of part-time workers for those who are partially retired/ using it as a second job. The 40% employee discount is also amazing and brings things down to a good price.

    Cons

The pay is not competitive, and raises are nonexistent. You are better to leave for a couple months and be rehired at a higher salary. Also, you will be scheduled for 39.5 hours a week so that everyone is "part-time" and they do not owe you benefits.

    Pros

The discount was great and most of the coworkers were fun to work with

    Cons

Working holidays can be very stressful. They try to stretch their employee's way too thin this time of year and expect you to work without adequate breaks.
